And above all – we also provide service after the loan drawdown.
For almost 10 years, we have been dealing only with mediating mortgage loans. We have successfully arranged thousands of loan cases. Thanks to this experience, we can also help clients with very specific requirements, unusual family circumstances, inadequate income and real estate.
In the case of the client’s interest, we can also help with insurance or the purchase and sale of real estate. However, this is not our main area of interest, so our clients can be sure we will not pressure them into getting these services through us.
By mediating mortgage loans in all banks, we can find the solution that is best for a particular client. At the same time, it enables us to solve any situation that Slovak banks can finance.
Our services do not end by having drawn down the loan (by property purchase). We are here for our clients if their life situation or market conditions change during the repayment of the loan (for example, if the client wants to pay a special instalment amount, to change the conditions after the fixed interest rate period, if their family circumstances change, etc.).
