Who will attend to me?

Each potential client will be attended to by a particular mortgage specialist. Each of us is a professional who specializes only in mortgage loans. We do not mediate any other products or services. We can help you with buying or selling real estate, or with insurance by recommending one of our long-time external collaborators. But we are not remunerated for it, and we will certainly not try to “sell” you any of these services or products.

Each of us holds the NBS (National Bank of Slovakia) authorization for credit mediation and has passed appropriate exams. About half of us have worked in banks and specialized in loans in the past.

Part of our corporate culture is the collaboration of new colleagues with the more experienced, starting with the telephone contact. This way, we can guarantee a high level of professionalism for anyone interested in a mortgage loan.

Since 2007, we have helped more than 3,500 clients resolve their housing issues. We have mediated loans for them in the sum exceeding 282 million euros. And all the time, with each loan case, we learned something new and got better.

Although we have been on the market for more than 9 years, we are not trying to increase the number of new collaborators. Currently, our team has 20 members (from the original three). Adequate growth enables us to maintain the high quality and professionalism of the services provided. So that a satisfied client can always come first.
