Our company is known to have contracts with all the mortgage banks on our market. For the client, this has the advantage that to get offers from all banks in order to make the right decision for the most favorable mortgage, the client just visits one place – our mortgage center. All services provided to the client by the mortgage center are free of charge.
The mortgage center saves both time and money
During one visit, the mortgage specialist will obtain from the client all the information necessary to find the best mortgage solution in terms of both approval and financial affordability.
The mortgage center saves clients’ time in multiple ways:
- The first time during the visit to find the best mortgage solution
- The client does not have to spend time searching for a good real estate expert or lawyer
- The client does not have to spend time travelling and visiting the land registry office
- The client does not go to the bank with the documents (even if the bank has requested additional documents), the client goes to the bank only to sign the loan contracts
- The client eliminates stress from incorrect timing and subsequent sanctions for delays resulting from real estate transfer contracts

Our mortgage center is very easy to find thanks to good signage and is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car; we also have a reserved parking area here.
